The Participation Rights Portal is used for the inventory management of Participation Rights and gives you access to the current status of your Participation Rights at any time. All related transactions, such as buying and selling of Participation Rights, as well as changes to personal data are processed using the portal.
The legal foundation for the processing of your personal data is the required management and administration of the B. Braun Incentive Scheme and B. Braun Long Term Incentive Plan programs (legal obligation according to Art. 6 (1) c GDPR). Your personal data (first and last name, private e-mail address, address, bank account details, taxation features) as well as data concerning your individual Participation Rights depot are processed in the Participation Rights portal for the purpose of processing and managing your Participation Rights transactions and will not be passed on to third parties. In order to ensure a correct tax calculation, we provide your local HR department with the necessary information.
Processing is carried out by the technical service provider Deutsche Pensions Systems GmbH. In order to guarantee the protection of your personal data, a data protection agreement has been signed between B. Braun and the service provider. As additional guarantees, the service provider has provided appropriate certificates and confirmed that various technical measures, such as transport encryption, are used to protect the data.
The processing and storage of your data is required for the use of the portal. In addition, your data will be stored for up to 10 years after your last Participation Rights have been sold.
You have a right to access, correct, delete, a right to limit processing, a right to object to
processing and a right to data portability, unless this is excluded by other legal provisions. You also
have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In cases where you have given us your
consent, you may revoke it at any time in the future without any impediment to the legality of the
processing carried out based on the consent granted until revocation.
The processing of your data is necessary for the inventory management and administration of your
Participation Rights. Without providing your data, participation in the B. Braun Incentive Scheme and/or
B. Braun Long Term Incentive Plan may not be possible.
